3 ply mahogany diagonal of 5 mm thick glued and stapled on the 2nd ply lined. Removing staples. Sanding.

4 fold iroko: Curling Classic 15 mm thick finished with barley grain between each plank. Sanding and finishing.

Once the hull is sanded epoxy treated.
Lead ballast embedded in resin (6200 kg), epoxy surface treatment, protective lacquer.

Safran complete hardware mounted on stainless steel with bronze bushings. Rudder head with Brackets cylinders, axis for emergency tiller.
Emergency tiller mahogany laminated two-tone (white lacquer and varnish).
• Deck

1 fold bridge CP Marine 20mm thick.

2 fold of Burma teak deck. Straight blades 15mm thick.

Gunwales of frames, covers, flush-based wide evacuation galiottes direct discharge of water holds sheaves with bronze.
All hull fittings are stainless steel 316 L. passivated and lacquered.

Very large cockpit with side discharge directly under teak grating.
Evacuations galiottes side flat rear deck being connected by pipes to the double side discharge.
